San Ramón Municipality, Beni

The municipality of San Ramón is a district in the department of Beni in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Location in near space

The municipality of San Ramón is one of three Municipalities of the province Mamoré and extends north-south for almost the entire length of the province. It is bordered to the west by the municipality of San Joaquin, to the south by the province of Cercado, and on the east by the province Iténez.

The largest town and administrative center of the province is the country town of San Ramón with 3,838 inhabitants ( 2001) in the western part of the municipality.

Geography
