Sandro Rosell

Alexandre Rosell i Feliu ( born March 6, 1964 in Barcelona ), known as Sandro Rosell, is an entrepreneur in the field of sports, especially football, and until the beginning of 2014 president of FC Barcelona.

Career

Rosell is a graduate of ESADE, a Spanish private high school where he graduated with a MBA degree. At the beginning of his business career, he worked in the marketing department for the 1992 Summer Olympics and for Nike.

Rosell supported in 2003 the candidacy of Joan Laporta, President of FC Barcelona wanted to be. Laporta won with an overwhelming majority. His campaign promise was the obligation of David Beckham.
