Sapahaqui

Sapahaqui is a village in the department of La Paz in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Sapahaqui is the central place of the district ( bolivian: Municipio) Sapahaqui in the province Loayza. The village lies at an altitude of Sapahaqui 3136 m at the confluence of the river, and the river Chacoma Sapahaqui in the northern foothills of the Serranía de Sicasica.

Geography

Sapahaqui lies between the Bolivian Altiplano in the west and the Amazon lowlands to the east. The region has a typical diurnal climate, ie that the temperature difference between day and night is greater than the temperature difference between seasons.
