Sasho Petrovski

Sasho Petrovski ( born March 5, 1975 in Bankstown ) is an Australian football player with Macedonian ancestors. He stands in the A-League with the Newcastle United Jets under contract.

Club career

After his youth in Macedonia, he began his career with the Parramatta Eagles in the former first Australian Football League, the National Soccer League. In a total of 94 games at various clubs, the striker scored 47 goals, 2000/ 01, he was awarded as top scorer. Thus, the Danish club Viborg FF was aware of him, for whom he met at least 14 times in 2 years. In the newly formed A-League, he established himself with his clubs always as a regular player. At the start of the AFC Champions League season 2009 he moved to the Newcastle Jets.

International career
