Scott Silver
Scott Silver ( born November 30, 1963 in Worcester, Massachusetts) is an American screenwriter, film producer and film director.
Life
Silver studied journalism at Boston University and has been a documentary filmmaker for CBS in Boston. Beginning of the 1990s, studied at the American Film Institute. Silver was in 1996 made his directorial debut with the film drama Johns, for which he received the award for the best directorial debut in 1996 at the Festival Internacional de Cine de Donostia- San Sebastián.
For The Fighter Silver in 2011 was nominated for Best Original Screenplay with other writers of the film for an Oscar.
