Sebastian Thekethecheril

Sebastian Thekethecheril ( born July 30, 1954 in Aapadanad, Kerala, India) is a bishop of Vijayapuram.

Life

Sebastian Thekethecheril received on 18 December 1980, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On 8 May 2006, he was named Pope Benedict XVI. Bishop of Vijayapuram. The Bishop Emeritus of Vijayapuram, Peter Thuruthikonam, donated him on 2 July of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Archbishop of archeparchy Kottayam, Mathew Moolakkattu OSB, and the Bishop of Quilon, Stanley Roman.
