Second Mesa is a census -designated place in the north of the U.S. state of Arizona in Navajo County. The village has 814 inhabitants on an area of 68.5 square km. Second Mesa is entirely in the Navajo Nation Reservation. The population is spread over three villages of the Hopi Indians. You are on a table mountain ( mesa ) and hot Musungnuvi (also Mishongnovi ) Supawlavi (also Sipaulovi ) and Songoopavi (also Shungopavi ). Other districts are Old Shongopavi and Shipolovi.
