Sercan Yıldırım

Sercan Yıldırım (2014)

Sercan Yıldırım ( born April 5, 1990 in Bursa) is a Turkish football player.

Club career

Yıldırım started his career in the 2005/06 season for the Turkish first division side Bursaspor. His first assignment was followed in the 2007/ 08 season. In his second season Sercan completed 30 matches and scored eleven goals. In the 2009/10 season he won the Turkish Cup with Bursaspor.

For the 2011/12 season Sercan Yıldırım moved to Galatasaray. In his first season with Galatasaray, he won the championship. He even came up with 19 games in the league, scoring a goal. During the first half of the 2012/13 season, his situation did not change in the team. Umut Bulut Behind, Johan Elmander and Burak Yılmaz Yıldırım played on only in the Turkish Cup from the start and completed in the Süper Lig three games. For the second half of the season he was loaned to Sivasspor.

The first half of the 2013/14 season on loan at Şanlıurfaspor Yıldırım played in the second league.

On January 21, 2014 Yıldırım went on loan back to Bursaspor. Bursaspor has until the end of the season an option to buy him.

National

Sercan Yıldırım is the Turkish national team U21. His debut in the senior team, he made 21 June 2009 against Azerbaijan. His first goal for the Turkish national team, he scored against Estonia.
