The river cruise ships of Sergey Yesenin class, named after the Russian poet Sergei Yesenin, who were also known as Project Q -065, and channel flow are common inland passenger motor ships of medium-sized design.

History

The river cruise ship series was manufactured from 1984 to 1986. The former Austrian shipyard Korneuburg as part of the Austrian shipyards AG ( ÖSWAG ) built ships own design, as in the Soviet Union lacked appropriate architectural culture, as confirmed by MinRechFlot Project Q -065. With five units built, the guy is one of the most successful and most of all comfortable ( in the category " 4-star plus" classified ) designs of the same kind, the naming was strictly limited to poets. Used the ships by the Moskva ( Московское ), Ob - Irtysh ( Обь - Иртышское ) were only one year as a stopover and Lena ( Ленское ) flow lines ( речное пароходство ) in Russia mainly on internal services of the rivers Volga, Moscow, Neva and Lena. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the ships have been sold to Russian and foreign private companies. Thanks to the luxurious features two ships served long as a hotel in the center of Moscow.

Technology

The ships have been completely modernized in the 1990s and rebuilt to new conditions, the number of passenger seats was reduced considerably. The ships have a diesel-electric drive with 3 Soviet nichtreversierbaren four-stroke main engines 6VD18/15AL-1 with turbocharger.

Equipment

The ships were and in the construction of single and double cabins 1 -, 2 - and 4- bed cabins, all provided with washing facilities. Above and beyond bar, restaurant and meeting room are available.
