Halls Creek is located on the northeast border of the state to the Northern Territory about 2000 km northeast of the capital, Perth. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the town of Halls Creek on the Great Northern Highway, where about 1200 inhabitants.
Management
The Halls Creek Council has seven members. They are elected by all residents of the Shire. Halls Creek is not divided into districts.
