Shire of Laverton

Laverton is located in the east of the state on the border with South Australia about 700 to 1400 km east of the capital, Perth. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the town of Laverton, where about 320 inhabitants.
Management
The Laverton Council has nine members. They are from the residents of the two wards ( five from the Town and four from the Country Ward) selected. From the circle of Councillor also the President of the Council and President of the Shires recruited.
