Simca Ariane

The Simca Ariane was a sedan in the upper middle class that was created by the French carmaker Simca 1957-1963. It was manufactured at Poissy, where you connected the body of the first generation Simca Vedette of the 1.3-liter engine flash (or the Rush engine) of the smaller Simca Aronde to exactly the gap between these two models to close.

In April 1957, the first model was presented. In October of the same year there was a version with a more powerful engine: the Simca Ariane 8, which is now the same 2.4-liter eight-cylinder engine had Aquillon like the Vedette. The Ariane 8 thus replaced the Simca Vedette Trianon base model.

The Ariane was produced until 1963 with 166 363 vehicles produced.

Ariane miramas Argentina 1965-1967

From 1965 until the end of 1967, the Ariane was produced as miramas in Argentina by the Société Metalmecánica SAIC Fabrique in a standard and a deluxe version as well as a taxi.
