Sonja Kesselschläger
Sonja Kesselschläger ( born January 20, 1978 in Finsterwalde ) is a retired German heptathlete.
Life
Her achievements are the sixth place at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the eighth place finish at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis.
Kesselschläger started her career in 1984 at the ASC green and white Finsterwalde. She was appointed to the D / C squad 7- Battle 1993. In 1995, the athlete for SC Neubrandenburg. There she trained with national coach Klaus Baarck, who was among other things, strategy, Anke Behmer. After his appointment to the B-team in 1997, she was from 2002 to 2006 without interruption A-team athlete. Due to injury, she could not qualify for the European Championships in Gothenburg in 2006.
