Sören Brandy (born 6 May 1985 in Verl ) is a German footballer who FC Union Berlin is the second division 1 under contract.

Career

Sören Brandy began his career at VfB Schloss Holte. From there he moved to FC Gütersloh 2000, for whom he played until 2006. In the season 2005/ 06 he played 30 times in the Oberliga Westfalen for Gütersloh, where he met eight times into the opponent and once into his own goal. For the season 2006/ 07 he then moved to northern Germany to Holstein Kiel where he (one goal ) and a game in the Oberliga Nord (one goal ) completed twelve games in the Regionalliga Nord. For the season 2007/ 08 he moved back to North Rhine -Westphalia to Rot- Weiss Essen, where he worked in the North Regional ( three goals ) completed 33 games. For food, he played three games in the DFB Cup: against Energie Cottbus ( 8:7 n E. ), 1 FC Kaiserslautern ( 2:1) and Hamburger SV (0:3). In the game against Kaiserslautern Brandy scored the goal to make it 1-0. For the season 2008/ 09 he moved to third division side SC Paderborn 07 and rose to the second Bundesliga. For the Paderborn he also denied four other DFB Cup bets. On July 1, 2012 Sören Brandy moved to league rivals MSV Duisburg. For the Duisburg he played 32 games in the 2nd Bundesliga, scoring 6 goals.

After the relegation of MSV Duisburg Sören Brandy joined the 2013/14 season 1 FC Union Berlin. He signed a contract until the end of June 2015.
