Specials (Unicode block)

The Unicode block special ( engl. specials, U U FFFF to FFF0 ) contains special control and additional characters for the Unicode system, including control characters for comments.

The character U FFF9, U and U FFFA FFFB make it possible to insert comments into the text that are often shown on the annotated text. They make it about to mark furigana characters as such.
