Sperillen

Sperillen is a lake in Ådal in the municipality of Ringerike in Buskerud Fylke. In the north of the lake is fed by the Begna and Urula. In the south there is a dam at Ringmoen. The drain is the Ådalselva that flows together with the Randselva in Hønefoss to form the Storelva.

The lake covers an area of ​​37 km ² and extends from north to south over a length of 26 km. The water level is located at about 150 meters and the deepest point is 108 m.

Around the lake there are many swimming holes and some camping. The lake is also known for its fishing ( whitefish, char and trout ).
