History

The route Würzburg -Ansbach existed before the station building. It was opened on 1 July 1864. The station was built from 1862 until the end of 1864. Consequently he was connected to the track in 1865. The station building is a three-storey Walmdachbau with low wings, quarry stone with homelessness inclusion and dentil frieze in brick. In November 1873 then followed the route to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. In 1898, the port was followed to the line to Dietersheim.
