Stefanie (even Stephanie ) is the feminine form of the first name Stefan, originally in Ancient Greek Στέφανος " wreath "; "Crown" ( " the crowned " or " winning " ) meant. In the later namesakes, however, a reference to one of the saints of this name is almost always accept.
