Steve Angello

Steve Angello ( born November 22, 1982 in Athens, real name Steve Josefsson Fragogiannis ) is a Greek- Swedish house DJ and music producer. Together with Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso Swedish House Mafia, he formed the, but broke up in July 2012.


His first publications appeared on the Stockholm label Size Records, which he founded in 2002. Together with Eric Prydz he took over as A & P Project on various music pieces. The resulting from the collaboration Woz Not Woz single was released at a club hit and subsequently on other labels. After the commercial release of the single reached the international charts.

In 2006 published Angello with his DJ colleague Axwell under the name " Super Mode" the single Tell Me Why, which was mainly based on samples from Smalltown Boy by Bronski Beat in 1984. The single became one of the club hits of 2006 and was published in almost 30 different single versions with new remixes. In Germany, the single was released on Superstar Recordings.

His song Open Your Eyes, which he recorded together with Alex Metric, is included on the track list of FIFA 12. Together they set it before the music festival Tomorrowland.
