Sugar Sugar Rune (Japaneseシュガ シュ ガルーンShuga Shuga Run), also known as Sugar ² Rune is a manga series created by Moyoco Anno. It is aimed primarily at young girls and is the shōjo genre - assign. Based on the Magical Girl manga an anime television series was created.

Action

The manga is published in North America, Sweden, France and Germany. While Del Rey is responsible as a publisher for the English version in North America, brings the Heyne publishing the manga since August 2006 in German translation out. Since February 2008, all volumes have been published.

Filming

In Studio Pierrot an anime series created by the comic book series. Directed by Yukihiro Matsushita they produced 51 episodes with a running time of about 25 minutes.
