The Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Star ( Malay: Sultan Abdul Halim Lapangan Terbang ) is an airport located in the north of Malaysia. It is located in the state of Kedah, about thirteen kilometers north of the capital, Alor Setar. Namesake of the airport is the ruler of the state, Sultan Abdul Halim Shah Mu'adzam.
