Sungurlare
Sungurlare ( Bulgarian Сунгурларе ) is a Bulgarian town and administrative center of a municipality of the same name in the east of the country in the oblast ( district) Bourgas). The region is known for its vineyards and its wineries. Here the well-known vine " Sungurlaski Misket " is grown.
Location
Sungurlare is located in the Oberthrakische Plain, approximately 80 km north- west of Burgas. About 25 km away is the administrative center of the neighboring municipality of Karnobat. In Sungurlare five major roads intersect.

Next to the city Sungurlare The municipality Sungurlare ( Bulg Община Сунгурларе ) are still 29 villages. Its population is 14,243 (as of 15 March 2009) inhabitants. The municipality is bordered to the north by the Oblast Shumen, to the east by the municipality of Ruen on the south by the municipality of Karnobat and to the west of Sliven and Yambol Oblasts.

In the town there is a museum about wine cultivation and production ( Bulg Музея по " Лозарство и винарство " ) in the region.
