Susann Müller (born 26 May 1988 in Saalfeld / Saale ) is a German handball player.

Career

In the club

Müller began at the age of seven years playing handball at the 1st SSV Saalfeld and moved to HC Leipzig 2003. At first, she was active in the youth division of HCL and was from the 2006 /07 squad in the league. Müller threw in the first half of the season on 60 goals in the Bundesliga, after her contract was prematurely extended until June 30, 2010 in November 2006. In four seasons at Leipzig, she won a total of five national titles.

The left-hander played from the summer of 2010 for the Danish first division side SK Aarhus. The change had private reasons; their s girlfriend Nina Wörz played at this time the Danish club Randers HK. Müller has been granted the right to play only in September 2010, which she had to stay the first league game. As SK Aarhus in 2011 fell into financial difficulties, Müller moved to Randers HK. In the National Team

Müller initially belonged to the squad of the German Youth and Junior Women 's National Team. With the junior selection they won the 2008 U20 World Cup. In the final against Denmark they scored seven goals the most hits for the German team.

The 1.86 m wide backcourt player was taken by the then national coach Armin Emrich in the extended EM- Kader 2006, but ultimately took no part in the tournament.
