The Suzuki Liana ( in the United States, China and Pakistan as Suzuki Aerio ) is a 2001-2007 world offered car model of the Japanese car manufacturer Suzuki, which is available in both a hatchback and a notchback variant. Produced and offered the model is, however, only in China and Pakistan.

The name Liana is an acronym for Life In A New Age. With the introduction of Liana notchback beginning of 2002 the sales of the previous model Baleno has been set. At the start of production, there was the Liana in Europe with a 1.3 -liter gasoline engine with 66 kW and a 1.6 -liter version with 76 kW.

After the notchback variant had been removed from the program, the hatchback remained with 1.6 - liter engine with 79 kW now the only model available in Europe. The end of 2007, the import of the inclined tail was set.

The model became famous thanks to his regular appearances on the British automotive show Top Gear, in which a celebrity was sent by Liana on the racetrack, to compete with other celebrities.
