Switzerland at the 2010 European Athletics Championships

The following Swiss athletes who participated in the European Athletics Championships 2010 ( 27 July to 1 August in Barcelona).

The team consisted of twelve men and ten women. This resulted in a coin: Röthlin won gold in the marathon. It was the first gold medal at the European Athletics Championships since that of Werner Günthör in the shot put in 1986., Making Switzerland finished third in the medals table on the 12th Place.
