Telectu
Telectu was a Portuguese project New improvised music and free jazz.
History
After Vítor Rua and Jorge Lima Barreto 1982 on the III. Met Biennial of Vila Nova de Cerveira, they founded their joint project in the same year. Shortly afterwards Rua got out of his rock band GNR, and devoted himself increasingly to improvisation music.
The group subsequently took a number of albums, participated in other projects, and also appeared live on.
With the death of Jorge Lima Barreto on June 9, 2011, the project Telectu died.
