Texas German

Texas German is a dialect of the German language, which is spoken by the descendants of German-Americans, who came from the mid-1850s most of the emigrants society " Mainzer Adelsverein " in the then independent Texas. History

German immigrants arrived over a period of several years in Texas, the state in the U.S. was after ten years of independence.
