The Bay (film)

The Bay - comes after Anxiety Panic is an American horror film released in 2012, which consists entirely of scenes in the style of found footage. Directed by Barry Levinson. The film premiered on November 2, 2012 at the 37th Toronto International Film Festival.

Action

The port town of Claridge thrives on tourism and proximity to the sea. One day, millions of fish wash up on the coast. People who come into contact with the water, have changes in behavior and Birds fall from the sky by the thousands. On 4 July 2009 in the town a disaster that should be covered up apparently occurred. Show only a few video recordings of what actually happened on that day. It turns out that the Chesapeake Bay has been infected with a parasite that quickly spread across the country. Style

The movie is filmed from several perspectives: first, from the perspective of researchers who want to investigate the cause of the pollution and thus find evidence for the contamination. Second, from the perspective of a couple who wants to visit his family on the island. There, they notice how people die or are already dead on the streets. Before an ambulance comes, the man dies in front of his wife and his child. Third, from the perspective of a doctor who comes to the aid of the sick, but then infects himself and dies. Finally, from the perspective of a journalist who should make the city a report on the Independence Day, but which may not be distributed in the Internet intervention on the NSA.
