Action

Psychologist Dr. Jennifer Stillman moves from New York to the small town of Sierra Vista. Upon arrival she gets in trouble with the local police. She works in a school. The Headmaster Ed Turner criticized soon their treatment methods.

The psychologist makes friends with the nurse Della Divelbuss. The other townspeople are their attitude towards hostile.

Stillman treated the boy Ben Miller, whose mother was killed. Ben thinks he is the son of an alien.

David Cornelius wrote in Hollywood Bitchslap that the thriller lacks the tension.

Richard Scheib wrote in The SF, Horror and Fantasy Film Review that it does not succeed the director to build atmosphere. He praised only one of the special effects. The film is a remake of the horror film The Seven Last from the year 1955.

Awards

Bobby Edner was nominated in 2002 for the Young Artist Award. The film also received a nomination for the Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award 2002.
