The Octonauts

The Octonauts ( Original title: The Octonauts ) is a British children's series, which is about eight adventurers who live in an underwater base, the so-called Octopod. Their motto is: Exploring save, protect them. There are currently (as of April 2014) 89 episodes, each about eleven minutes running time as well as some special effects.

In the various consequences of the Octonauts meet other sea creatures. The Octonauts and even these sea creatures speak it in different accents. The crabs have for example a French accent ( so they say, for example, " na amicable " instead of " oh well ").

Rolling stock

The Octopod itself is the underwater base in which to live the Octonauts. It looks like a huge octopus. In the middle, so to speak, the "head", the bridge is with screens and computers. The rooms where Octonauts live are connected by hoses to the bridge. The Octopod is on the ocean floor, but can also move and be controlled like a ship.

GUPPY A is a propeller-driven underwater vehicle, which is used mainly by the Captain, and as a deep-sea angler fish looks like.

GUPPY B looks like a tiger shark and is the fastest car, it has, among other things, a turbo button.

GUPPY C looks like a blue whale and can tow other vehicles.

GUPPY D looks like a giant manta ray.

GUPPY E is the ambulance. It's green and looks like a guppy out.

GUPPY F, is a pedal -driven metallic vehicle. It first appears on to capture the GUPPY A, as these have escaped due to a defective remote control.

GUPPY X is a strong and stable vehicle that Captain Barnius has been given by Trixie at Christmas, it can go on the ocean floor - similar to a bulldozer.

Series

Each episode includes exploration and consequently Save before or Protect the marine creatures or phenomena. When the Octonauts yourself or wish to investigate sea creatures are in danger, makes trigger Captain Barnius always the " Oktoalarm ". To this end, he calls for example: " Kwasi - the soluble Oktoalarm out! " - Kwasi then presses a button with the logo of the Octonauts and Captain Barnius the Octonauts with the words " Octonauts - in the lock area " or " Octonauts - in the control room! " summons.
