Thisted County

Thisted Office ( named after its capital Thisted ) was to the Danish municipal reform to April 1, 1970 of the former offices in Denmark.

Thyborøn had originally with the Thisted office belongs ( Sogn Agger, Agger Vestervig - commune ), but was in 1954 transferred to the Ringkøbing office. For elections to the Folketing, the Danish parliament, Thyborøn but belonged until 1970 to the constituency office Thisted.

Thisted office consisted of seven Harden (Danish: Herred ):

  • Hassing
  • Hillerslev
  • Dog Borg
  • Morsø Nørre
  • Morsø Sønder
  • Refs
  • Vester Han

In the course of municipal reform in 1970 were seven parishes of the Harde Vester Han Herred at the northeastern end of the office area to Fjerritslev municipality in north- Amt. Five parishes on Thyholm in the south of the district area were to Thyholm municipality in Ringkjøbing office.

Four municipalities were in Viborg Amt From the remaining main part of the office area:
