MSF is the callsign on the frequency of 60 kHz ( long wave) working British time signal transmitter.

The signal from MSF is broadcast by the station in Anthorn, Cumbria (England ) and can be as the signal from DCF77 radio clocks used to control. From its first use in 1950 to 1 April 2007, the call sign of the station Rugby, was broadcast near the same location ( Rugby).

At the same location as MSF is also a transmitter of LORAN -C and the U-boat transmitter GBZ.
