Tinie Tempah

Tinie Tempah ( born November 7, 1988 in London, real name Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu ) is a British grime rapper and MC from South East London. His parents are of Nigerian origin and he has a brother and two sisters. He has been particularly successful in the UK and celebrated there with his debut album Disc - Overy and two singles Pass Out and Written in the Stars the top position.

Career

Tinie Tempahs Wifey first song of 2006 was an underground hit in the UK and reached the top of the British Urban charts.

He founded with his manager and cousin Dumi Oburota the label Disturbing London, which was intended both for his own music as well as for other young musicians.

When the Scout Jade Richardson saw him at the Wireless Festival she called Parlophone boss Miles to Leonard, who later Tempah and his manager visited along with the A & R Nathan Thompson a few weeks in the studio. In October 2009, announced Tempah, he had signed with Parlophone.

2010-2011: Debut album Disc - Overy

In February 2010 he released his first official single Pass Out and reached 92,000 copies now # 1 on the British charts. Since 2011: Second album demonstration

On November 24, 2011, he released the song Like It or Love It, along with Wretch 32 and J. Cole from his mixtape Happy Birthday, which was released on 16 December with eight other new songs. As a guest musician on the mixtape occur among others Pusha T, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder and Soulja Boy.
