Tomasz Wisio

Tomasz Wisio ( born January 20, 1982 in Lubin, Poland ) is a Polish footballer.

Career

Wisios career began with his hometown club Zagłębie Lubin. He celebrates early big successes was with the Polish U -16 national European vice-champion and took part in the U- 17 World Cup. After two professional seasons with Lubin, he moved to Wisla Krakow, where in 2001 the then Austrian second league club SV Traun became aware of him.

After a climb and two years in Traun 2004 Wisio tried his luck in the 1st Bundesliga with Arminia Bielefeld, but where he could not sit down and returned after half a year after Traun. In May 2007 he moved to LASK Linz, after he had previously been a year at Skoda Xanthi under contract. After two years in Linz Tomasz Wisio joined the 2009/10 season to Greece Lyttos Ergotelis where he signed a three-year contract.

In winter 2011 Wisio let his contract prematurely dissolve. According to rumors, the Greek first division side had several times to the agreed salary transfer only late, so Wisio after Germany moved to RB Leipzig. He signed a contract until the middle of 2013 to the end of the 2011/12 season Wisio was released at RB Leipzig.; Since July 2013 he plays for the SKN St. Pölten.
