Toni Kirén

Toni Kiren ( born June 18, 1984 in Lahti ) is a Finnish professional ice hockey player who is since 2010 in Kiekko - Laser in Mestis under contract.

Career

Toni kiren began his career as a hockey player with the Pelicans Lahti, for which he was active in the years 2003 to 2005 in SM- liiga. Then the defender moved to Haukat Järvenpää in the subprime Mestis. After just one season he joined their league rivals HeKi Heinola. Subsequently, it was before the 2007/ 08 season from the obliged HPK Hämeenlinna first division, for which he won only three games played before he got a contract with Kärpät Oulu, with whom he was at the end of the season Finnish Champion.

After kiren started the season 2008/ 09 at Kärpät and played among others in a group match of the Champions Hockey League for Oulu, he moved at the end of the season to his former club HPK Hämeenlinna. For this he played 16 games before he was hired in the summer of 2009 by KooKoo.

In 2010 he was taken from riser Kiekko laser from the Mestis under contract, where he serves as team captain.
