Triumph Tiger 955i
The Tiger 955i is a motorcycle model of the British motorcycle brand Triumph Motorcycles. The model is generally referred to as the United enduro or enduro.
Model history
The first modern Tiger models, internal model code T 400 were built, almost unchanged from 1993 to 1998. In 1999, a completely new design, the T 709, on the market. The modified engine of the Speed Triple from the same manufacturer, with 885 cc engine and 62 kW ( 85 hp ), served as a drive.
Model years 2001-2004
The model with the internal designation 709 EN has been brought to market in 2001. The Tigers won the, also house, Daytona engine with 955 cubic centimeters and now 72 kW (98 hp). The third generation of the current Tiger series retained the appearance of the previous model 709, but was improved by some technical details (eg stiffer fork).
Model years 2005-2006
In 2005 was a technical and a visual facelift of the series. The chassis has been tuned again tighter, shortened spring travel and the revised suspension geometry. The most striking difference was the switch to lightweight cast wheels with Schlauchlosbereifung, now silver frame and a new rear swingarm without eccentric.
