Tufnell Park tube station

Tufnell Park is an underground station of the London Underground in the London Borough of Islington. It is located between the stations Archway and Kentish Town in Travelcard Zone 2, at the intersection of the main roads Brecknock Road, Fortress Road and Junction Road. In the year 2011 there were 3.55 million passengers these of the Northern Line on the branch line to High Barnet station.

The station was opened on June 22, 1907 by the former Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway. In 2004, the infrastructure company Tube Lines for a comprehensive modernization.
