Tvedestrand? / I is a municipality and town on the Norwegian south coast. The village with 6019 inhabitants ( 2012) situated about 240 kilometers from Oslo and has since 1997 a city.

" Sørlandets smiling dimples " the locals call their city, which is dominated by tourism. At the 2500 year-round inhabited residential units come to another 1900 holiday homes and apartments.

Tvedestrand is a book town, in the 20 antique shops are housed. On more than 7.5 kilometers book shelf length more than 300,000 books are available.
