Uchida Kosai

Hakushaku Uchida Uchida Kosai also Yasuya (Japanese内 田 康 哉; * November 17, 1865, † March 12, 1936 in Tokyo ) was a Japanese diplomat and politician.

In the diplomatic service, he served as ambassador to China, in Austria - Hungary, in the U.S. and in the Russian Empire. 1911 joined Uchida his first term as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Japanese Empire in the Cabinet Saionji II. He clocked up five official times in as many cabinets. As Foreign Minister, he also took over in 1921 and 1923 as acting prime minister.
