Ugly Side ( full title: Ugly Side: An Acoustic Evening with Blue October ) is the third live album and also the first Unplugged album by American rock band Blue October. It was under the labels up / down and Brando Records. Producer Jeremy Furstenfeld, who plays as a drummer with Blue October. This is the brother of singer Justin Furstenfeld.
Formation
The songs were during a sold-out three -day tour, which was added by Houston, Austin and Dallas. These concerts were held to 25 July 2010 from 22. In Houston and Dallas, the band played two acoustic concerts in one evening. The band in 2004 was planning an acoustic album, but the first all - acoustic concerts were held in 2010. Due to the growing popularity of acoustic concerts of the band in their own Fanreihen has prompted that Justin Furstenfeld decided to provide a national acoustic tour together.

The official release date was scheduled for April 26, 2011 but this date is moved backwards. Fans were able to the album in the band Webstore preorder and received the CD on May 3 The official release date is 10 May 2011. The album is available on CD and download. On the download version also the songs Schizophrenia ( Consent to Treatment ) and Jump Rope ( Approaching Normal ) are included.

The album contains 11 songs from all previously released studio albums, except the song Colorado 5591, which reflects the impressions of the singer, as this patient was in a psychiatric hospital. 5591 represents his patient number
