United States women's national field hockey team
The women's national hockey team of the United States, represents the United States in international competitions. The team is coached by Australian Lee Bodimeade since 2005.

Olympics 1984
At the Olympic Games in 1984, the U.S. team won a bronze medal. As Australia and the USA had scored exactly completion of the group phase, the same result: two wins, two losses and a draw 9:7 and gates, a seven-meter shooting was necessary, which won the U.S. with 10:5.
