Vadim Sidorov

Vadim Sidorov (Russian Вадим Сидоров, English transcription Vadim Sidorov, . Born April 11, 1959) is a former Russian marathon runner who competed for the Soviet Union.

In 1980 he became the Soviet eliminator for the Olympic Games in Moscow eleventh in 2:13:18 h At the World Cross Country Championships in 1981, he finished 81st place.

He had his greatest success in 1982 when he won the Tokyo International Women's Marathon in the Soviet record time of 2:10:33.

In 1991, he finished second at the Soviet Championship in 2:13:49 and won the Budapest Marathon.
