Val Barker Trophy

The Val Barker Trophy is an award for the best technical boxer of each Olympic Games. The trophy was first awarded at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. The namesake of the Val Barker was the first honorary secretary of the Fédération Internationale de Boxe Amateur ( FIBA ), as well as president and honorary secretary of the Amateur Boxing Association of England ( ABA).
