Valentin Năstase

Vasile Valentin Năstase ( born October 4, 1974 in Călineşti, county Arges ) is a former Romanian football player. He played a total of 292 games in the Romanian League 1 and the Italian Serie A.

Career

Năstase his professional career began in 1993 with the Romanian football clubs Gloria Bistrita vs FC Arges Pitesti before he moved to the capital club Dinamo Bucharest in 1999.

2002 went Năstase in the Italian Serie B to Genoa in 1893, where he still moved the same year to Palermo, where he played together with Luca Toni and ascended into the Serie A at the end of the season 2003/2004. Năstase in 2004 moved to FC Bologna, with whom he was relegated to Serie B at the end of the season. For the season 2006/ 07 the central defender moved to his fourth Italian club Ascoli Calcio in the Serie A.

2007 Năstase returned back to Romania, but could not prevail at Dinamo Bucharest and signed January 31, 2008 a contract with Eintracht Braunschweig, then played in the Regionalliga. With the harmony he achieved the qualification for the third league. In the summer of 2009 he returned to Romania and plays from now on for his former club Gloria Bistrita. With Gloria he had after the 2010/11 season relegated to the Liga II, but managed its chances of promotion. The end of 2012 he finished his playing career at the age of 38 years.
