Valentina Fedyushina

Valentina Fedjuschina (Ukrainian Валентина Федюшина, Walentyna Fedjuschyna; born February 10, 1965 in Theodosia) is a former Austrian putter Ukrainian origin.

In 1988 she took, starting for the Soviet Union at the Olympic Games in Seoul in part, but different in the qualifier. For the United team of the CIS starting, she was fourth in the Indoor Athletics Championships in 1992 in Genoa. As a representative of Ukraine, she was at the 1993 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Toronto and Fourth at the World Athletics Championships in Stuttgart seventh. Also she has been Seventh at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1994 and in 1995 was followed by a sixth place finish at the Hallenweltmeisterschaftzen in Barcelona and a tenth place at the World Championships in Gothenburg. In 1996, she won bronze at the European Indoor Championships in Stockholm and was twelfth at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. At the 1997 World Championships in Athens, she failed to qualify.

She was an Austrian citizen in 1999. For starting their new land, they placed seventh at the 1999 World Championships in Seville and Twelfth at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. In 2002, she finished fourth at the European Indoor Championships in Vienna and came at the European Championships in Munich on the 13th Place. 1994 and 1997 she was Ukrainian champion. From 1999 to 2004, she was the sixth consecutive Austrian Champion in the open air, from 2000 to 2004 five times in the hall.

Your personal bests are 21.08 m outdoors, achieved on 15 May 1988 in Gatschrypsch, and 21.60 m in the hall, achieved on 28 December 1991 in Simferopol. With 19.21 m outdoors (13 July 1999 Casablanca) and 18.67 m in the hall ( 22 January 2000 Sindelfingen ) it keeps the current Austrian records.

Valentina Fedjuschina is 1,90 m tall and weighed about 90 kg competition times. She started for the LCC Vienna and was married to discus thrower Wolodymir Zinchenko.
