History

The Valora goes back to the company, founded in 1905 in Olten "Swiss chocolates & Colonial house," from which the " Merkur AG " was born. The Merkur AG in 1986 was converted into a holding company (Mercury Holding AG), which finally in 1996 changed the name to Valora Holding AG.

Valora Retail
