Vancouver's Turn

The Trump International Hotel and Tower ( Vancouver ) ( in the planning phase as Palm Court referred to ) is a skyscraper in the Canadian city of Vancouver, which is currently under construction. The building at 1133 West Georgia Street is scheduled to open in 2016. With 183 meters and 63 floors, it will be the tallest building in the city after the Living Shangri -La.

The building was designed by Arthur Erickson. According to him, it will have the shape of a hyperbolic paraboloid. The stories are twisted to each floor below. The building is twisted to the full height by 45 °, which makes it resemble the Turning Torso in Malmö.

History

The building was announced as the second largest hotel building in the Ritz- Carlton group in Canada after the Ritz- Carlton Toronto. Use
