Vanzay

Vanzay is a commune with 202 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Deux -Sèvres in the Poitou -Charentes. It belongs administratively to the district Niort and Canton Lezay.

Geography

Vanzay located in the historic landscape Poitou, about 43 kilometers southwest of the city of Poitiers. Neighboring communities in Deux- Sèvres Messé in the north, Sainte -Soline and people in the west and in the south Caunay. East of the same is the boundary to Vienne. Here are the communities Chaunay and Brux.
