The band was formed in 2005 by guitarist Daniel Bergström and Jimmie Åkerström and bassist Johan Nyberg. Together they made demos and spread this mainly through the Internet. After a few concerts, and performances followed at festivals in Europe as the Euro Blast Festival in 2010.

After this performance, the band began work on their debut album. During the work on the album, the band was looking for a suitable label and found this with Century Media in early 2011. Thereafter, the band went into the studio and recorded 16 songs, with Jens Bogren ( Opeth, Devin Townsend ) mastered this.

On 25 November 2011, the debut album was released Måsstaden.

The band plays a version of Metal, which is often described as Djent. Here it is compared to bands like Meshuggah, Textures, Tesseract and Xerath. The songs are polyrhythmic held, these personal issues and feelings treat. The song is both clear guttural.
