Villa Vilaque

Villa Vilaque is a village in the department of La Paz in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Vilaque is the fourth largest town in the county ( bolivian: Municipio) Pucarani in the province of Los Andes on the right bank of a tributary to the Río Pallina flowing over the Río Catari in the southeastern portion of Lake Titicaca. The village lies at an altitude of 3952 m on the Bolivian Altiplano, 30 km southeast of Lake Titicaca.

Geography

Vilaque located on the Bolivian plateau between the Andes mountain ranges, the Cordillera Occidental and the Cordillera Central in the west to the east.

The mean average temperature of the region is located at 8 ° C, the annual precipitation is about 600 mm.
